Transperancy
It is important to note that QDB does not own all the assets marketed; in some we are partial partners, in some we own the property and in some we only mediate between the buyer and the seller. In all cases it is most important to us to safeguard the interests of the client.
We focus on marketing two types of properties:
1. A property whose construction has been completed.
2. Property that is under construction and has a clear completion date.
We do not market properties that are only "on paper". Our goal is to be completely transparent and not make presentations that will later turn out to be wrong!
From the very beginning, the client will be presented with the entire planned process, including execution dates and milestones, in order to reduce the uncertainty to close to none.
Giora Mandel
CEO
Giora Mendel is a veteran entrepreneur, experienced in the fields of digital marketing, e-commerce and tourism. Over the years he has established a number of companies, including Julio, Hidden Flights, Boom25 (in the English market) and more. In the past, Giora has sold real estate in Western Europe, mainly in Switzerland. Over the past few years, he visited Cyprus on business more than once. The combination of his various dealings has led him to open QDB-Digital last year, a company that markets and sells quality properties that are suitable for the Israeli community online.
